Tagg Code™

Tagg Code™ has introduced a unique patent pending product that provides each member a unique Tagg Code™ in the form of a Quick Response Code (QR Code) embedded in all Tagg Code™ items. Each member can have multiple items and multiple codes attached to one account. This code once scanned by any 2D scanner or smart device such as a smartphone or tablet launches the member’s splash page. The smart device must be enabled with the Tagg Code™ app or any QR Code scanning application. The splash page allows the member’s connectivity to all that is offered by the Tagg Code™ System.

Splash Page

The splash page is at the nucleus of the Tagg Code™ System. This aids in providing utilization of the Tagg Code™ System for everyday life. With customizable features, like the Tagg Line, profile picture, identification photo, medical alerts and secure ease of use access; the splash page allows you, the member, to “Define Yourself”.

Tagg Code First Response Center™

The Tagg Code First Response Center™ is a live 24-hour 7-day a week staffed call center that provides our members reassurance when they need it most.

In the event of an emergency, Tagg Code™ is here for you. Linked to your personal code, once scanned, your emergency button can be activated on your splash page. You or the individual(s) attending to you will be connected to the Tagg Code First Response Center™. This will allow Tagg Code™ to activate calls to your emergency contacts and conference you or the individual(s) attending you to your family. This provides immediate communication to your loved ones, so they are involved and informed in every step of your care.

Portable Secure Medical Data

The health benefits of exercise and an active lifestyle are well documented. Health professionals, at all levels, promote and support incorporating all types of physical activity. Truthfully, life is dangerous and many of these activities can be dangerous as well. Tagg Code™ enables its members to enjoy any of these undertakings. By securing medical and health records, our members can push themselves harder and further, knowing that if tragedy strikes, their information is up to date and medical professionals have a reduced chance of mistreating them when seconds count.

Tagg Code™ provides each of our members’ a complete Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with health insurance information and complete medication list. This is secured by a Personal Identification Number (PIN) chosen by the member and accessible through the member’s personal splash page. This PIN creates an encryption key to our database that encrypts the member’s data to the extent that Tagg Code™ cannot even access this information without the member's consent and providing the key. So that the Tagg Code™ EMR may be accessed in the event of an emergency, the member would provide this PIN to their chosen emergency contacts or opt to allow Tagg Code™ to create a temporary key for a First Responder.

The Tagg Code™ EMR is compliant and meets all standards of The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

The member has complete control of this information and chooses what information may be viewed upon access via their PIN.

Social Network Linking

For any person with an active lifestyle, the Tagg Code™ System would not be complete without providing easy access to allow your friends, colleagues or acquaintances to connect with you via your favorite social networking page(s) or handle(s) and Get Tagged In.

With your Tagg Code™ splash page, you can provide easy secure access to any one that you would like to connect to your social network sites; like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc. Or maybe you would prefer to allow them access to your Short Message Service (SMS), text, email, contact card or virtual business card. This can all be done utilizing your personal Tagg Code™ splash page.

By utilizing the Tagg Code™ App in concert with people you have scanned, you can easily retrieve updated connection information or connect to other options the member has provided. Since the information is never stored on a device, connection information provided by the member is always current.

Recreational License and Permit Management

For all outdoor enthusiast, keeping track of your recreational license and permits, such as hunting and fishing license, trail or state park passes can be relentless and sometimes even aggravating. This causing what should be adventurous and fun to provide the feeling that you need a personal assistant just to manage the paper for your experience.

Never again, Tagg Code™ has the ability to store your recreational license and permits so you have access to them at the scan of a code. All you will need is to be wearing a Tagg Code™ item and you are all set.

Release and Authorization Management

Ensuring you have your updated release and authorization forms for team sports, events and outings can mean excitement or disappointment. Tagg Code™ provides our members access to upload, store and view at the scan of your code any and all of your signed forms. These are also printable if the need for a hard copy is required.

Organizations, Teams & Associations

T2|Access Center™

For the athletes, their Tagg Code™ comes with the available T2|Access Center™.

Once turned on by the member, the member may allow a coach, trainer or safety coordinator managed access to their pertinent health information for quicker access in the case of an emergency during training, exercise or during an event.

The managed access to the coach’s portal is completely controlled by the member and allows them to set access controls pertaining to what may be viewed as well as putting time and date restrictions on this access.

Why Portable Secure Medical Data?

Statistics show that participation in everyday sports such as football and baseball carry a much larger injury rate than other outdoor activities such as hunting and backpacking; which can also provide it’s own unforeseen injurious events. The excerpt below is from sportsinjuries.org and references a study by the CDC. The findings are alarming and all studies point to the same conclusion, life is dangerous.

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), participation in organized sports is on the rise. Nearly 30 million children and adolescents participate in youth sports in the United States. This increase in play has led to some other startling statistics about injuries among America's young athletes: 

• High school athletes account for an estimated Source 2 million injuries and 500,000 doctor visits and 30,000 hospitalizations each year.(1)
• More than 3.5 million kids under age 14 receive medical treatment for sports injuries each year.(1)
• Children ages 5 to 14 account for nearly 40 percent of all sports-related injuries treated in hospitals. On average the rate and severity of injury increases with a child's age.(4)
• Although 62 percent of organized sports- related injuries occur during practice, one-third of parents do not have their children take the same safety precautions at practice that they would during a game.(2)
• Injuries associated with participation in sports and recreational activities account for 21 percent of all traumatic brain injuries among children in the United States.(4)
• Among athletes ages 5 to 14, 28 percent of football players, 25 percent of baseball players 22 percent of soccer players, 15 percent of basketball players, and 12 percent of softball players were injured while playing their respective sports.(4)
